**Pickfords **are looking for  **3.5T Driver
- Removals Operative** to lead and manage a team of motivated workers, ensuring the safe loading of vehicles or storage containers. Pickfords is a fantastic national brand who specialise in removals and storage, offering a full range of professional removals and storage services for home and business.

The role will suit an experienced 3.5T Driver that wants to do more than just drive. Pickfords 3.5T Drivers have to be great team managers, physically able and want to interact with customers to provide a great service.

This is not just a driving role, our team leaders are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers when they move home and for ensuring that Pickfords packing and loading standards are delivered by the removals team.

**What we’re looking for in our 3.5T Driver**:

- Previous experience in removals is preferred but not essential
- Excellent spoken English
- Clean UK Driving licence (essential)
- Good level of fitness
Pickfords will provide full training to equip you with the skills you need to lead your team, pack and load, understand health and safety together with customer service skills.
