**BIG DATA** **PYTHON** **CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY** **LONDON**

**I am currently recruiting for a python big data engineer on behalf of a tier one investment bank on a 12-month contract term.**

**This is unfortunately inside IR35, but offers a great day rate at £800 per day. As well as strong likelihoods of renewals.**

**Your expertise**
- minimum 8 years’ experience of oop language development in python.
- experience with big data system (spark / hadoop / cdp/ cloudera) and microservices
- knowledge on azure / cloud understands az-900 concepts
- good knowledge of**shell scripting**
- strong in design, problem solving, algorithms/data structures and their optimization concepts.
- imaginative and creative with emerging technologies and an ambassador for test and behavior-driven development.
- excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ability to own the full software development cycle from coding, qa, uat and rollout.
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a global team.
