Warehouse Operative

**Job Title**: Warehouse Operative (20 Hours per Week)

**Location**: Somerton Business Park

**Contract Type**: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

**Salary**: £12.21ph

**Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Operative** to join our team on a part-time basis. Working 20 hours per week, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving deliveries and checking for accuracy and quality
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock replenishment and rotation
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Using warehouse systems and handheld scanners (training provided)
- Working as part of a team to meet daily and weekly targets
- Unloading of containers

**Requirements**:

- Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is preferred but not essential
- Good level of physical fitness - ability to lift, move, and carry items safely
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required is a plus
