The **Upex Group** are currently looking for a number of **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team. As a **Warehouse Operative**, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within our warehouse.

**Location**: Chalfont Saint Peter (Please note due to our remote location you will be required to have your own form or reliable transport)

**Warehouse Operative Salary**:up to £11.68 per hour

**Warehouse Operative Shift Pattern**:Monday to Friday 14:00pm to 23:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, unload, and process incoming deliveries
- Pick and pack orders for shipment to customers
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping floors, disposing of packaging materials, and organizing shelves
- Follow all health and safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: Up to £11.68 per hour
