Churchill Specialist Contracting Ltd are a well established Nottingham based business that has been trading for over 28 years delivering specialist working at height services to blue chip customers throughout the UK.
Churchill are now recruiting apprentices for the Lightning Protection and Specialist Earthing Department.
Working within an established highly qualified workforce, you will be engaged in a wide variety of tasks and trained in the installation, test and maintenance of lightning protection systems.
Ideally you will hold a full clean driving license. In addition you must be prepared to work away from home, which over a 12 month period will result in approximately 50% of your working time, Mon-Fri.
When working away from home your accommodation will be paid for by the business and you will also receive a nightly lodging allowance.
This apprenticeship gives you an opportunity to grow and develop in a nationwide organisation surrounded by a supportive working team and environment. In your role as an apprentice you will be taught the skills needed to install, test and maintain lightning protection systems across the UK, with training being given from our highly experienced engineers and at the National Construction College at Bircham Newton.
