**The Specialist Mortgage Broker role**

Whether you are a specialist mortgage advisor, second charge advisor or you’re experienced in buy to let, bridging and commercial, this company has the perfect opportunity for you excel in your specialist mortgage area.

As a Specialist Mortgage Broker you will be responsible for:

- Building your own network of clients at brokerages nationwide
- Providing specialist advice and financial solutions to complex mortgage cases
- Having in-depth knowledge within specialist mortgages
- Providing outstanding advice and service to brokers, clients and lenders

**The **Specialist Mortgage Broker** Package**
- Hours: 9am - 5pm - 3:30pm finish on a Friday
- Salary Negotiable dependant on experience
- Generous commission structure
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays + a day off for your birthday
- Admin support provided if necessary
- Pension contribution

**The ideal **Specialist Mortgage Broker** will have**
- 2 years’ experience in their specialist area of Mortgages
- A strong introducer network
- Professional and friendly approach
- A passion for financial services
- Be able effectively build a client base
- Create lasting relationships with clients
