**ROLE**: Waitress

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the server station and dining area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**HOURS**:Part-time: up to 36hrs per week - optional overtime

**WORKING WEEK**:Mixed rota including weekdays and / or Saturdays and Sundays

**APPLICANT CRITERIA**:Applicants must be: 21years & over, **Must have 2 years plus high-end hospitality experience.**
