**Additional Pay**: Bonus scheme

**About the Job**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you take pride in finishing what you start and dotting your i's and crossing the t's? We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role who is comfortable handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

We are a small but busy team on a mission to save the world from boring baby stuff If you're a positive, solution-focused person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm/8.30am-4.30pm/8am-4pm (Bank holidays worked on a rota basis).

**What We’re Looking For**

You will need to have:

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Great people and rapport-building skills
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- A flexible approach to tasks and challenges
- Solid computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Outlook
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with social media platforms
- A fun and friendly personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Empathy and a commitment to resolving customer concerns
- A great team player mindset
