Welcome to Aruba Our venue, voted Bournemouth’s best night out, is truly flexible and can provide a great place to visit, anything from a quiet drink in the sunshine, a family meal (with kids colouring books and crayons) in our restaurant, cocktail making for parties, stag & hen parties, through to finishing with a boogie on the dance floor until the early hours

We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a colourful, spacious dining area overlooking beautiful Bournemouth beach. For parties or events, we can even prepare a special VIP Buffet. We pride ourselves on our freshly cooked food, genuine island BBQ using top quality butchered meats, and hand-stretched fresh pizzas.

**We are looking for someone who -**
- Is highly personable & a smart appearance
- Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Must have a can-do attitude, thrives in a busy working environment and is able to communicate clearly with our guests
- Must be able to speak and understand good English

**Key Duties -**
- Welcome guests to the restaurant
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
- Greet customers upon their departure
- Coordinate with waiting staff about available seating options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist waiting/bar staff as needed
