Our client based in Heanor, Derbyshire now has an immediate requirement for a **Site Supervisor** to join their existing team.

**Site Supervisor** Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all team members provide the necessary services and support that the Project Managers requires to deliver compliant projects on time, to budget, in a way that satisfies our customers.
- Deputies for the role of Site Supervisor on smaller Installations and/or periods of Site Supervisor absence from site.
- Provide support and assistance to the Site Supervisor.
- Control and supervision of 'Site’ Installation activities, labour, materials, equipment and contracted resource.
- To ensure compliance with customer and company specifications, plans and working instructions ensuring site and product compliance with Quality, Health Safety & Environmental standards and current legislations.
- Communicate with Customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors with respect to 'Installation’ plans and progress. Ensuring activities yield least time and cost options to meet customer and company requirements and specifications.

**Site Supervisor** Applicant Requirements:

- Recognised Trade qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical engineering discipline.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous site/installations experience on gas terminals or similar site.
- Understanding of 'site’ Health Safety & Environmental requirements.
- Communication skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels.
- One, two and/or three-week continuous working away will be required

**Site Supervisor** Benefits:

- £36,000 annual basic salary.
- Monday to Friday 39 hours per week when in the office, when out on site you may work extra hours which is paid as extra in overtime.
- Pool van / car or mileage allowance (must be prepared to use their own car).
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
- Company pension scheme.
