Trainee Car Sales/product Genius

Drayton Motors Boston (Suzuki & KGM) is seeking a motivated and energetic Trainee Sales Consultant/Product Genius to join our team.

**Main Purpose of Role**:
To inspire and excite Customers visiting the dealership by delivering comprehensive product information and generating a positive and exceptional Customer Experience throughout the sales process. This includes building a rapport with Customers and establishing their needs quickly and efficiently to maximise their Customer Experience to photographing and professionally advertising the vehicles online.
- Welcome Customers visiting the dealership and establish their needs, carrying initial product presentations and completing the test drives before transferring them to members of the sales team who will complete other elements of the buying process.
- Maintain and keep up to date with the latest technologies and product information of the brand in order to answer sales enquiries and provide Customers with specification information about all brand products in a friendly and understandable way.
- Create a winning Customer Experience by identifying and anticipating their needs and build desire for the product and services.
- Support the Sales Team and share product knowledge to help achieve their targets and deliver high levels of Customer satisfaction.
- Pro-actively approaching Customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need any help.
- Using smart technology to conduct bespoke walk-arounds and photograph new and used vehicles to drive online enquiries.
- Assisting the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demo cars is available and the showroom is always presentable for Customers.
- Support marketing activities and create social media content that promotes the products and the brand.
- Maintain and develop Company and industry knowledge through attending relevant training opportunities.
- Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, Customer care, honesty and health and safety in order to portray a professional image to guests at all times.
