YOUR OPPORTUNITYYou will play a crucial role in the Commercial Operations team working closely with the Sales teams to enhance the customer rebates process ensuring smooth processes, identifying errors early and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the commercial capability of Bacardi UK.- You will be an integral member of the team working within our numerous sales channels. - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Support the Commercial Operations Lead with day to day support and contact for a dedicated channel of the UK business.
- Produce and maintain sales performance dashboards, scorecards, and trackers for various areas of the business - with a focus on commentary of key trends and insights into KPI performance.
- Maintain and update systems and databases used by the sales teams and commercial partners. Aim to become a super-user of these systems and a valued go-to point of contact for the business.
- Investigate any issues with the systems and take ownership to solve to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage daily inbox queries from sales teams with suitable response times.
- Participate in sales calls and meetings, both face-to face and virtually.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Finance) on items relating to reporting numbers, quarterly performances and targets.
- Manual data entry where needed on internal systems and excel
- Continually review and provide feedback and input to simplify processes and system improvement ideas with a view to driving efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance against outlined KPIs.

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experienced in working with and influencing stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer-term execution plans.
- Experience in balancing long and short-term priorities to create efficiencies.
- An aptitude and interest in various business systems and how they work.
