**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support the House Manager and Assistant House Manager and deputise in their absence
- Deliver first class service to our members, with a smile
- Supervise, train and develop Bar Staff
- Deliver internal and external functions and meeting events whilst maintaining and improving the clubs reputation
- Manage club cash and stock in line with guidelines and policies
- Ensure that licensing laws, health and safety and EHO legislation is delivered in a compliant and professional manner, always prioritising the health and safety and wellbeing of employees, members and visitors
**Qualifications and Skills**
- A fantastic attitude and personality is the number one qualification for this role
- Experience behind a bar is essential
- Supervisory skills and the ability to coach and train team members would be beneficial
- You must be someone who takes pleasure in delivering great service to members and guests
