**Full Time, 40 Hours**

**Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.00**

**Friday - 08.00 - 14.00**

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, long standing Building & Property Services Business based in Stockton-on-Tees. **Key accountabilities**
- Take down and fully renew fencing
- Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation
- Cut and shape materials to fit specific dimensions
- Secure fence posts into the ground using concrete or other appropriate methods
- Install gates and other necessary hardware
- Repair damaged fences by replacing broken or rotted components
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines

**General Responsibilities**

To take a full role in the implementation of personal development through appraisals and to participate in any identified training or development opportunities.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Recognised apprenticeship or relevant trade qualifications.
- Time served - preferable
- Experience working within social housing (desired)
- Full UK Driving License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
