**Team Leader - Guildford - Multi product retailer | Up to £23,000 plus benefits and bonus**
We're currently recruiting for an experienced retail team leader to join a rapidly expanding retailer who are the market leader in their sector. If you thrive on pace, people, processes and passion, then drive your career forward with this retailer as ateam leader in a genuine, great environment.
As a team leader, you will be reporting to the management team and be part of a strong team. You'll be tasked with driving forward both turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles.
Responsibilities as a team leader:
- Managing the day to day running of a department
- Acting as assistant manager for the entire store in the absence of management
- Assisting in achieving company KPI's
- Complying with all health & safety policies and legislation
- Delivering great customer service
The ideal team leader:
- Have a proven track record in a fast paced retail environment.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Be target driven and customer service orientated
- Be highly motivated and ambitious
- Be a self starter with a can do attitude
