Team Leader Support Worker

We are looking for full time Team Leader required for a supported living service in the Shirley area. Our service provides support to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health problems and acquired brain injury to promote their independence and quality of life. At Chessel Support Services, we support residents who have mental health needs with every day, independent living within their own homes. You will support them to cook, clean, access the community, attend activities, shopping, gardening, bill paying and medical appointments. A person-centered care plan is in place for each individual to enable them to live life as independently as possible. This is an incredibly rewarding job for the right applicant.
The right applicant will have at least two years of experience within the care industry and possess a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or be willing to undertake one. No need to be a car driver or have your own vehicle as you will work in one property. All staff also receive a complimentary gym membership. Applicants must be willing to provide references with past employers and an enhanced disclosure check. This role comes with a £500 signing bonus. Overtime is also available, paid at a rate of £1.50 extra per hour.
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
