Role Purpose: *

This is a varied role with the core focus being to provide support to the business with administrative sales support.

Duties will include: *

Manage any delivery issues, including complaint handling and administration
- System administration updates and preparation and presentation of reports
- Order placement and creation of customer quotes
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain contact with customers and Account Managers when required
- Administer Credit Account Applications and creating companies on CRM
- Undertake Free Trade contract pricing functions
- Prioritise work in the Business Support inbox

For this role we are looking for someone with the following: *

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience required in business support / customer service desired.
- Confident user of Microsoft office especially excel
- Knowledge of Sage, CRM Qlikview would be desirable
- Be a problem solver and able to find solutions to resolve any issues that arise.
- Attention to detail
