**SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES - 50,000-£60,000 PER YEAR - BROMSGROVE - HYRRID WORKING**

Sanderson has partnered with a rapidly growing, award winning technology and investments solutions business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with financial services experience to step into a highly rewarding role.

**The Role**

As Senior Business Analyst, you will work within our clients Change function to support the end-to-end delivery of Parmenion change initiatives whilst leading a team of Agile Business Analysts to be a highly proficient and effective part of the Deliverydepartment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the production of business analysis and agile principles, practices and tooling.
- Contribute to the documentation of systems and processes to enable the sharing of knowledge across the team.
- Support the business analysis practice and champion the agile ways of working.
- Support the recruitment of new employees as required.
- Conduct on-boarding activities for new employees.

**Skills and Experience required**
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to manage time, balancing the analysis role against team management.
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running and who likes to get the job done.
- Ability to follow internal standards of business analysis.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and with versatility in responding to changing circumstances.
