**We are recruiting for a support worker to join our Small Group Living Service - often those who enjoy this kind of lifestyle live with the onset of dementia.**
- Permanent Contract x 31.5 hours.
- Working across a rota-based system, including weekends, you will support and encourage our residents each and every night.

**What does being a Support Worker involve?**
- Working as part of the wider nights team, you will continue with person centred care needs throughout the night, supporting residents with dementia and other complex care needs whilst being integral to ensuring our residents receive restful sleep.
- Provide a person-centred approach to all of our amazing residents, treating each person as an individual will come naturally to you.
- Work with each resident to encourage them to remain as independent as possible.
- Build good working relationships with families and day support workers so the resident remains at the centre of all decisions.
- Provide care and support with all aspects of personal care and mobility, promoting independence at all times.
- Record, plan and evaluate support and care given using our digital care planning system,
- Administer medication as prescribed (and if suitably qualified).
- Carry out some general housekeeping duties.
