We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business in its early stages and take your career to the next level.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be involved in all day to day activities in a busy export department including:
**Freight Forwarding**
- Be part of the day-to-day export operations teams whilst completing analysis to ensure the operation is constantly evolving & improving
- Completion, filing and reporting of all required business forms, licenses and other legal documents required in the establishment and conduct of the business entity.

**Customs Clearance**
- Oversee the collection of all export shipping documentation (bills of lading, Commercial Invoices, Customs Documents from Freight Forwarders and Customer Service teams daily to UK Customs Requirements. Once data is obtained ensure it is tracked and documents correctly to comply with HMRC Requirements.

**Warehousing**
- Strategically plan and manage all export warehousing arrangements via subcontractors and in-house facilities together with transportation and customer services
- Keep track of transport costs and efficiency

**General Logistics activities**
- Be consistent with all day-to-day exports logistics procedures
- Assist General manager and board in Creating and management of budgets

**Business Development**
- Assist General manager in companies market share in Export market by Partnering and communicating with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers internally and externally
- Build all channels to generate sales pipelines and long-term customer relationships to foster revenue generation and growth opportunities.
