Do you want to be part of an ever-growing team?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Medway Branch as a Field Care Supervisor.
The purpose of this position is to work within a team to supervise and grow an effective and efficient home care service within a defined geographic region. You will be required to work on a Rota system, including both early mornings and late evenings, as well as alternate weekends.
**You will be responsible for the following**:
1. To ensure the Company portrays a professional image in the field.
2. To carry out care assessments and risk assessments for all packages in your areas.
3. To ensure the provision of quality care services to vulnerable people living in their home.
4. To supervise and deploy teams of care workers who provide care and support to vulnerable adults
6. To participate in in on-call duties as part of a roster.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in Domiciliary Care
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Full UK Driving License AND use of a car

**Salary**: £22,375.00-£24,000.00 per year
