Title: Payroll Manager
**Salary**: £60-70,000 + bonus
Location: Hybrid - West Midlands
A national well known company in the West Midlands are now looking for an experienced Payroll manager to lead their busy and fast paced team.
The Payroll Manager position will be responsible for a large team processing high-volume payrolls.
**Experience**:
- Experience with processing high volumes of payroll.
- Must have at least 5 years management experience.
- SAGE payroll software.
- Great skills within IT and Microsoft Office.
- CIPP Qualified.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with all communications with HMRC, software providers and pension provides.
- Ensuring that stakeholder management is one of the top priority.
- Streamlining processes in line with current regulations.
- Payroll reporting to key finance stakeholders.
- Managing the team performance and dealing with quires.
