Business Support Clerk - Lincolnshire
HB Commercial are delighted to be supporting a top tier Legal 500 firm seeking to recruit an experienced Business Support Clerk. Primary responsibilities are to provide administrative support and support fees earners delivering a high-quality service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Photocopying, printing, document binding, document bundling, CD and USB production, scanning
- Creating and maintaining data rooms
- Operating case management system including storing documents electronically - organising and attaching to relevant matters
- Using BigHand workflow system to pick up job requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to, including completing all new client Anti-Money Laundering Checks
Skills and experience
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in work produced
- Ability to multi-task and be hands on
- Ability to work, and keep calm, under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritise when receiving instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer care to the highest standard
- A can-do, pro-active and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent Team player - supportive, reliable and flexible
- Willingness to undertake internal training to improve own knowledge
