Role: NDT Inspector

Salary: £Competitive

Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, (DE13 8EN)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 07.00 to 16:00pm and Friday 07.00 to 13.00pm, 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experience NDT Inspector join our team in Barton, to g set up and calibration of equipment and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

What you will be doing- To set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment- To conduct tests to ensure quality, or detect discontinuities (defects), using NDT methods of inspection- To establish techniques for examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations-
- To organise and report test results- To perform specialized inspections

Are you an individual with the following?- Good standard of basic education including English & Math (preferably GCSE Grade C and above or equivalent)- An NDT Level II Certification is desirable- Must be willing to continue education and training in NDT technology- Previous experience in NDT (MPI) is essential- Must have a basic understanding of NDT principles- Must be familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used (MPI) If you don’t have all the above criteria, don’t worry, we would still like to hear from you as we live our values, always put people first, and strive to expand what is possible.
