Due to continued expansion our client is actively seeking Trackway Installers, to join their operations team. This role is very much an outdoor position and will involve working out in the elements which in the summer months is great but during the colderand wetter months will not be suited to everyone.

Our clients delivery and mat system allows their customers to access sites no matter how wet or difficult, throughout the year. They have a wide ranging client base, in Rail, Construction, Power, Transmission and Distribution. They are exceptionally strongin the utility sector, where their customers require access all year round to power grids, railway lines and energy installations.

**The job will entail**:

- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Working as a partner to drivers on installations and recovery operations throughout the UK
- Working away from home up to 4 nights per week (Hotel included and you will be paid £15 PLUS EXPENSES for each 'night out')
- Working on sites such as utility, oil & gas, events, construction, crane & plant, environmentally sensitive sites and landowners & farmland
- Working in a physically demanding environment consisting of manual labour
- Laying and recovering temporary roadway systems (Dura base mats)

**The successful applicant will be**:

- Have a UK driving licence (CAT B/Car)
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to use their own initiative
- Able to work away from home
- Able to adhere to stringent H&S working practices

Full training will be provided and there is the opportunity to progress within the company. Full funding support is available if you wish to obtain a Class 2/Class 1 HGV licence.
