Engage are working in partnership with a small children’s residential services provider based in Staffordshire who are on the search for a senior residential support worker.

**Skills & Experience (Essential)**
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Knowledge of EBD and other complex needs/challenging behaviours
- Hold a current UK Driving Licence
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
- NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
