This is a brand new role supporting the HR Manager and HR Advisor with all things administrative; working within a busy team that delivers an outstanding human resources service that supports the growth of the business and its employees.

Please note that due to travelling between 3 sites within the Andover area, you will need to be a driver.

**As the HR Administrator you will enjoy**:

- A salary of 21-25k pa depending on experience
- Bi-annual bonus scheme based on 3% of company profits
- Potential to be given sponsorship of a CIPD qualification after successful completion of probation
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm (30 mins lunch break each day)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

**As the HR Administrator you will be**:

- Updating and maintaining all HR databases to ensure all personnel data is recorded and kept accurately and securely
- Undertaking payroll administration
- Looking after the administration of training records
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork and records are complete and filed
- Updating policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance
- Managing data and reporting on human resources statistics
- Maintaining and monitoring sickness absence records and escalating when issues arise
- Looking after the administration of appropriate reward, motivation and career development interventions
- Assisting in the training of team members ensuring best practice standards are maintained

**To succeed as the HR Administrator you will need**:

- Strong administration skills - human resources admin experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering environment (desirable)
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards this (desirable)
- Computer literate and a competent user of MS Word & Excel (essential)
- Must be highly numerate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage your own time effectively, handle multiple priorities at a time and re-prioritise as necessary
- A can-do attitude and be a team player
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
