**Job Title: Regional Contract Manager**
**Salary: Competitive**
**Working Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 42.5 hours per week**
**Location: Milton Keynes**
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Maximise the profitability of the contracts within the area of responsibility and deliver the required results.
- Lead, develop, manage to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality.
- Support the Division in the development of business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs to deliver significant business growth within the UK.
- Lead and maintain account development plans and monthly reports in line with KPI’s as well as supporting the change management process and associated Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) ensuring risks are mitigated.
- Responsible for the day to day delivery of services to the client in line with the consistent approach deployed.
- Client retention through pro-actively developing and building client and customer relationships.
- To implement and maintain business improvement and process improvement into all areas.
- Responsible for driving Continuous Improvement through the account.
**About You**:
- Experience of having operated successfully within an outsourced environment.
- Proven experience with integrated facilities management.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Development of commercially viable solutions based on rigorous techniques to understand client needs and price products/services accordingly.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to devise and manage P&L accounts.
- Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria, for example, health and safety, hygiene.
- Proven financial acumen essential with commercial experience and business acumen.
- Proven track record of initiating and leading demanding business transformation programmes.
- Proven experience in developing profitable relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in identifying new business.
- Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
- High standards of numeracy and written communication.
- Proficient Computer skills (all aspects of Microsoft Office).
- Demonstrated Leadership skills - Proven record of developing and coaching high-performance teams.
