Patient Co-ordinator

We are a large friendly NHS GP Practice based in Clifton with over 20,000 patients. We are seeking a committed full-time Patient co-ordinator to join our wonderful Reception Team (37.5 hours per week).
You will:
- provide a high standard of service to assist patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional within the Practice.
- work as a member of the Reception Team to ensure the smooth running of Reception, whilst taking a proactive role in maintaining an efficient and effective service to all patients.
- act as a central point of communication and liaison with other members of the Practice team.
- ensure administrative and clerical duties within the Practice are carried out in line with Practice guidelines and policies.
- work closely, and under the direction of the Management Team to improve standards across a wide range of administrative activities.
