Electrician- Domestic Maintenance

TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting one of our maintenance contractor clients to appoint electricians to work on reponsive repair and EICR contracts across the Oxfordshire areas.

This will be a permanent role working on various housing contracts carrying out general electrical repair work in properties as well as test & inspect and EICR work.

You will also be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, basic surveys and measurements in accordance with current working practices and all related health & safety legislation; and ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard.

Van and fuel card will be supplied.

It is essential / desirable you have the following criteria:

- Must be fully qualified Electrician with minimum 18th Edition, 2391.2394/5 Test and Inspection
- level 3 NVQ in electrical installation (deriable)
- Full driving license
- Ideally previous work experience on domestic properties within the social housing environment
