**What you will be doing**:
We are seeking **two Continuous Improvement Leaders** with Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement experience. These are integral positions working within the newly established, Strategic Transformation team.
The team reports to the CFO and works closely with the CEO on strategic priorities. We are an inclusive, passionate and focused team with expertise from an array of sectors. Our goal is to drive business simplification by building trusted partnerships and deliveringsuccessful and sustainable business-wide transformation.
Your role will report to the Director of Simplification and will have three key areas of focus:

- **Operational Excellence** - you will lead, scope and execute high-profile business improvements to deliver measurable simplification and performance improvement in a complex fast-moving business.
- **Lean Capability**:

- you will work cross-functionally and with all levels (including C-Suite) to educate on key lean principles, ways of working and tools to embed a culture of continuous improvement and simplification.
- **Process Mining** - you will collaborate with our Process Intelligence Analysts to set up, shape and optimise our prioritised business processes using process mining technology.
**What you should bring to the role?**:

- A minimum of 5 years combined process, project or/and relevant functional experience actively driving continuous improvement.
- Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by a recognised, national organisation.
- Knowledge of DMAIC methodology applied to process design or process improvement.
- Experienced in developing performance dashboards/scorecards.
- A proven background in leading high-profile process transformation and embedding lean into the organisation's culture.
- First-class skills in working with C Suite stakeholders.
- Experienced in process mining and modelling with tools such as Signavio or Celonis.
- Ability to prioritise multiple initiatives, perform complex tasks, organize and follow through consistently and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven team builder and leader, with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building partnerships at all levels and influencing leaders without formal authority.
- Highly resilient and determined with an appetite for driving delivery. Willing to take risks and challenge the status quo. Capable of working with ambiguity.
- Self-aware, knowledgeable and confident, with the ability to quickly gain credibility and become a trusted advisor to our business.
- Strong written and oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experienced Lean mentor/coach.
