We are seeking a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join our team and assist in the smooth execution of rental transactions. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in marketing rental properties, finding potential leads, conducting viewings, performing reference checks, and finalizing rental contracts.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is a plus).
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional and well-presented appearance.

From £19,000 to £60,000 per annum OTE

**Hours**:
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm & Every other Saturday 11am-5pm (2 weekends every month)

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales and letting process
- Assist with property valuations and market appraisals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Attend industry events and network with potential clientsExperience:

- Previous experience in a sales or lettings role preferred
- Strong administrative skills to manage client records and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse client base
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales or rental process
- Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and property listings
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in the real estate industry to facilitate successful transactions
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, lettings, or real estate is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clients
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other documentation related to property transactions

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
