- This role is based in High Wycombe head office; however, we actively support hybrid working. You must be willing to travel for training, meetings, and events from time to time.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the creation of content for social media as part of an integrated digital marketing campaign including, images, text, video, and audio.
- Create and curate social posts to various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok.
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows which create and measure meaningful engagement with our audiences
- Create content for a range of educational live events including live streams, webinars,and panel discussions.
- Assist the international marketing and business development teams to create local campaigns which deliver growth.
- Work closely with the Business Insight Team to discover, gather and leverage data from our social, marketing, and internal systems.
- Use a range of analytical tools including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau to visualise campaign performance, seeking out useful trends.
- Support APMG’s social media strategy to grow brand awareness and acquire new audiences through content creation, management of customer enquiries and monitoring.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns.
- Join online meetings to work with colleagues across the globe.
- At least twoyears’ previous experience in a digital marketing role.
- A-level or BTEC (or equivalent) in a relevant qualification such as English, Marketing or Media
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A-C/9-5 in English and Maths.
- Created and curated content on social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or blog
- **Skills and knowledge**:

- Visualise a brief into images, video and copy within deadlines;planning, and prioritising work accordingly.
- Proven written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interest in digital and social media trends, in particular professional learning and education
- Adaptable and flexible to cope with differing demands.
- Able to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Able to form effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- A good standard of digital literacy including the use of cloud e.g. Google Docs, Office 365, etc.
- Experience of using Canva.
- Interest in learning or existing knowledge of creative apps including Procreate, Premier Pro, Adobe, iMovie, FCPX, Videopad, Pencil 2D, Blender etc.,
- Knowledge of business processes and procedures.
- Awareness of conditions or factors that affect customer needs and satisfaction (or good customer skills).
- Willingness to engage with data analytics and dashboards to improve skills and understanding.
- Additional language skills are ideal, but not essential.
- Willingness to utilise generative AI tools within organisation’s guidelines.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,600.00 per year
