Pertemps Basildon are currently recruiting for an Insurance Administrator for their Colchester based client.
You will be responsible for managing key relationships in order to improve the quality of service in the company. The role is an excellent progression opportunity for those looking to pursue a career within Insurance Administration, as full training with beprovided.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Insurance Administrator**:

- Maintain and monitor spreadsheets, involving accurate data input
- Completion of tasks to assist the process of insurance transactions
- Liaise with clients, dealing with enquiries
- Working closely with brokers and other third parties to obtain accurate information
- Compliance with internal and external bodies for regulatory requirements

**Skills and Experience Required for the Insurance Administrator**:

- Customer service and administration experience
- Good numerical skills, with the ability to show attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes: Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines, within a team environment.
- Previous experience working within Insurance, or a financial services would be desirable

**Hours / Salary**:

- £18,000 - £20,000
- Mon to Fri 9-5 (35 hrs per week)
- Hybrid Working Week
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
