The role will see you working in the lucrative and busy family department as a key member of the team. As a senior member of the team a large part of your role will be business development and the mentoring/training of your team, whilst fee-earning on variedcaseload.
The role is providing competitive salaries and an extremely competitive bonus system (an NQ can be expected to take home between £8,000 and £15,000 extra, with an experienced member of staff taking home up to an additional £40,000).
- Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
- Be passionate about family law with experience dealing with high net worth clients.
- Be a kind and proactive lawyer with a friendly approach to sensitive issues when dealing with vulnerable clients.
- Be ambitious, charismatic and have a strong business acumen.
