This role will be known as **Marketing Co-ordinator **among colleagues and within the Pro business unit. Within the broader SCJ organization, the job is graded as a **Senior Representative, Marketing **.

A fantastic opportunity to join the customer marketing team at SCJ Professional, based at Denby, Derbyshire - key responsibilities include;
- Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, the coordinator, will support a customer facing team focused on product portfolio and promotions for SCJ Professional branded products sold through B2B channels serving “away from home” users.
- Support the Customer Marketing Manager and Sales teams to become the voice of the customer. Support the tactical implementation of strategy to expand distribution through product mix, pricing, and promotion across all SCJ Brands sold through Commercial B2B channels.
- Engage and respond to customer requests for sales and marketing assets across multiple channels and countries.
- Develop, execute and monitor promotions (pre and post) in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
- Collate and monitor marketing KPIs, using analytics to support revenue and develop collaborative relationships with distribution partners.
- Provide tactical support to create and drive 360º integrated communications along the path to purchase including Sales tools, digital presence, trade shows, print collateral, distributor branch displays, advertising, special events, and ad hoc opportunities. Partner with agencies to implement activity.
- Participate and perform tactical functions within the “end-to-end” product development process.
- Important: This is a dynamic work environment; numerous occasions will arise where support is required outside the job description such as supporting and attending tradeshows & customer events.
- Ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Active involvement in Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives, including identifying hazards and near misses, participation in audits and behavioural safety initiatives, and proactive actions to support our world class safety standards.

**Previous experience / knowledge**:

- Prior experience working within B2B channels desirable
- Ability to drive results via creative opportunity identification and execution.
- Experience using market data insights desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate concisely across all levels of management and customers.
- High sense of urgency and personal accountability. Ability to manage for results with high degree of initiative and speed.
- Organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Digital marketing capabilities with knowledge on PPC & SEO highly desirable
