You will work as part of the hotel team to make sure we give all our guests in the Bar or Restaurant or Room Service a Warm Welcome through to a Fond Farewell. You’ll be able to do this by being fanatical about delivering quality service to our guests 24/7,365 days a year. Customer safety is also extremely important to us, as part of the role, you will ensure H&S, Fire and Food Safety standards are adhered to guarantee the safety of our guests when in the bar or restaurant.

**Qualities we look for in a Restuarant & Bar Supervisor**:

- Supervise and inspire our Team Members.
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness and streamlined operations
- Maintain inventory
- Attend to any customer needs, opportunities, and complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
- Conduct guest satisfaction checks on the floor.
- Deliver all mandatory obligations relevant to the front of house dining.
- Ensure workplace health and safety and Covid-19 safety measures are met.
- Other duties as required by management

**Your experience**
- Experience in a hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
- A desire to work hard and have fun.

Due to responsibilities within the Restaurant & Bar Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over for day and night positions. Please note internally we call this role a Senior F&B Guest Service Assistant.
