Interim Supply and Inventory Lead

Walker Cole International are partnering with a global, research led pharmaceutical organisation as they search for an Interim Supply and Inventory Lead. This opportunity will be based in Ireland however the Supply and Inventory Lead will only work on siteonce or twice a month.
Key Accountabilities of the Supply and Inventory Lead:
- The Supply and Inventory Lead’s responsibility will cover on-time-supply, inventory strategy, vendor management, cost and all other end-to-end supply chain related activities to ensure compliant products are available to the market in time.
- The Supply and Inventory Lead will create an accurate materials requirements plan for their assigned group of products. This includes all related supply chain activities including all SAP planning parameters and data maintenance.
- Supply and Inventory Lead will be responsible for processing all relevant transactions within the SAP and APO systems: Sales & Operations Plans, PO creation, Goods Receipts, stock transfers etc.
- The Supply and Inventory Lead will also participate in cross-functional efforts to resolve any product supply issues.
Key Requirements of the Supply and Inventory Lead
- Degree educated of equivalent
- A minimum of five years experience in experience in various and growing supply chain roles
- Experience in ERP/MRP systems and tools implementations
- Prior experience of systems roll out / implementation
