**Job description**:
As **Chief Product Officer** you'll be responsible for the overall suite of products and services division and will own the overall P and L for the product lines.
You will work with the SLT members to create a vision for the products and services in line with the overall strategy for the division.
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall product lifecycle from creation, through development and management of the product roadmap, to delivery across both EPOS and eCommerce/online products and be accountable for structuring the division's suiteof products to optimise performance over time.
A key part of your role will be ensuring that our products are aligned to a common look and feel over time.
**Required skills and experience**:

- Proven track record of delivering world-class software solutions that are commercially viable.
- Product management/product architecture experience
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with a strong record of effective multiple-stakeholder management
- Good organizational skills with strong solution-shaping/problem solving and the ability to read and interpret data, analyse trends
- Strong understanding of multiple software architectures, software platforms and payments integrations
- Provide Leadership to Product Directors / Product Managers
- Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to manage resources and deliver software projects
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Highly commercial and financially literate, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- customer-focused, with strong negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; good at problem-solving and solution shaping
