**Salary**: £27,486 - £41,467 _(per annum)_

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week

Location: Ellesmere Port Campus

We are seeking a Lecturer in Construction _(Carpentry and Joinery -_ _Multi-Skilled_) to join our team at our Ellesmere Port Campus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and inspiring Lecturer to provide learners with an outstanding learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop the practical skills through demonstrations and instruction in practical workshops and realistic working environments;
- Assess learners against identified frameworks; _and_
- Keep accurate records for learners’ progress in College and the workplace.

**Key Person Specification Requirements**:

- Higher level qualification _(Level_ _3_ _or above) _in relevant discipline;
- Assessor Qualification _(TAQA/A1 or equivalent) _or commitment to work towards;
- Verifier Award _(or_ _commitment to_ _work towards)_;
- Experience in multi-skills _(Carpentry and Joinery);_
- PGCE or commitment to work towards;
- Proven experience in the Construction industry;
- Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
- Up-to-date occupational experience; _and_
- Enhanced DBS check
