**2-4 years PQE Construction Associate**Central London - Hybrid working available**Salary - £85,000-£100,000**The Firm**
This is a top 50 international law firm wanting to recruit a 2-4 years PQE Construction Associate to deal with high value and high net worth Contentious work in the tier 2 Construction department. The firm already has a strong international presence dealingwith Aerospace, Energy, Shipping, Commodities and of course Construction.
By way of background this firm have been operating for over 100 years and have over 600 lawyers working across the world in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Americas and Australia.
The London office is based a 10-minute walk from the Tower of London.
The caseload is high value and the majority of the work involves disputes in excess of £50m, with many significantly in excess of £100m.
The successful Construction Associate will be 2-4 years PQE and experienced in undertaking large-scale, ideally international construction projects within a city, regional or boutique firm environment and also have/be:

- Strong academics (minimum of a 2:i at first degree level)
- Bright individual with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent drafting skills in relation to both advice and contractual documentation
- Attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Keen interest in business development, marketing, professional training and development
- Project management skills, and ability to motivate and influence others to achieve goals
- Self-motivated, pro-active and articulate
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- IT literate.
