Your Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate training across all areas of the Packaging Hall (including maintenance) ensuring accurate document control of training records for all individuals and that all training is up to date.
- To provide support and co-ordination assistance in the ongoing Performance Excellence programme.
- To produce training materials and SOP guidance for the various processes required.
- To ensure all operators have a training plan for the forthcoming 36 months, updating as necessary.
- To actively train, coach, demonstrate & advise Operators on the processes in the facility.
- To develop operator mentors/trainer in each department.
- To train employees on; Maximo, TLC, Sphera & Policy Tech.
- To coach employees in the completion of company required documentation.
- To provide employees with an understanding of how to monitor and review plant conditions to ensure the plant is running efficiently.
- To provide employees with an understanding of how to manage changes in process conditions.
- To conduct and/or co-ordinate toolbox talks across the production shifts ensuring sign off and record update.
- Adhere to ADM’s health & safety commitment and ensure all instructions provided to operators reiterates safety protocols are of paramount importance.
- To liaise with production management on any training that is required.
- To support the shift & process when on site under the guidance of production management.
Your Profile
- A good knowledge of operational processes.
- Educated to A’ Level Standard or the ability to operate at that level.
- Experience in coaching/teaching colleagues’ different processes and tasks is desirable.
- Good administration & IT skills/Knowledge across all MS Office packages and the ability to maintain/develop record/documentation control.
- Excellent communication, organisational and attention to details skills.
