**The Role**:
We are looking for a result-driven SEO executive to be responsible for developing optimized web content. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to achieve our SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the websites across “Needham Laser Tech” and “Needham ink Tech” to improve user friendliness, organic reach and conversion.

To be successful as an SEO executive, you should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
- Responsible for managing our websites (built in Prismic and Hubspot)
- Carry out forensic SEO auditing and documentation
- Responsible for tech issues analysis, diagnosis, and solutions
- Undergo keyword research, tracking and search trends analysis
- Create detailed reports for organic performance and ROI
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

**What You’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience of CMS platforms (Hubspot, Prismic)
- Experience of crawling software and tech issues diagnosis
- Proficiency with relevant SEO tools and web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio)
- A high-level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good time-management, communication and a problem solving mindset
