As part of this we are now recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join the Risk Team on a permanent, full time basis.

**What being a Personal Assistant involves**:

- Managing the diary to ensure the most efficient use of the Director of Financial and Insurance Risk and the Director of Compliance’s time; arranging travel, accommodation, meeting rooms, equipment and refreshments as appropriate.
- Providing support as required to senior members of Financial and Compliance Risk and relevant visitors as required.
- Maintaining an effective paper and electronic filing system.
- Maintaining an efficient and professional Financial and Compliance Risk department and act as point of contact.
- Being responsible for on-boarding and leaver’s process.
- Monitoring Director of Financial and Insurance Risk and Director of Compliance Risk’s Inbox, responding as appropriate and highlight all actions.
- Maintaining 1:1 meetings for all Direct Reports (keeping records where appropriate).
- Invoicing processing, purchase order and expense reconciliations for Financial and Compliance Risk including an active management of the Cost Centre/Payroll Reports.
- Co-coordinating annual leave and sickness for Financial and Compliance Risk.
- Providing efficient and proactive personal support to the Director of Financial and Insurance Risk and the Director of Compliance Risk to ensure all requirements are accounted for in a professional and timely manner.
- Working with and support the members of the Financial and Compliance Risk teams.

**Skills and Qualities you'll need**:

- Previous secretarial or administrative experience
- Very strong PC skills including in depth knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products
- Excellent telephone handling and customer services skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Takes personal responsibility for own objectives: sets priorities and works collaboratively with other in the team

**Hours**: 35 Hours per week

**Hybrid Working**: We have a hybrid model, which will see some of your time spent at home, and some of your time spent in our Bromley or London office. We are looking for someone who is flexible, and can be in the office up to 3 days per week.
