**Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 48 minute unpaid lunch break.**

**This role is Full-Time 36 Hours/Week 52 Weeks/Year.**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager (Estates Partner) to join our growing Estates team, based at The Howard Partnership Trust. Reporting to the Head of Estates, your knowledge and experience in maintaining schools sites to includeHealth and Safety and compliance is essential as well as managing a team to include Site Managers and Caretakers. Your ability to work independently and lead together with excellent communication skills are key factors in this role. Ideally you will have understandingof working in a school environment, have a good standard of maintenance experience and an understanding of health and safety parameters.
