**The opportunity**:
Do you have an interest in all things recruitment? Are you keen to understand how the process is managed? Are you extremely organised and enjoy a variable work load? **Then we need you.**
The Talent Acquisition team are looking for a Resourcer to help support them with a number of key tasks whilst we work through a high volume of opportunities. Each role and screening criteria can be quite different so we need someone with strong attention to detail and an eye for talent. Transferable skills with be key with many internal moves, along with gaining an understanding of the business areas pressure points and needs.
This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Your skills and experience**:
You will be a competent administrator who can work with a variety of stakeholders and put the customer at the heart of everything that you do, just like us.
You will have stong attention to detail, and be able to work within clear deadlines, and be competent to manage your own workload.
Naturally you will be well versed in administration and a natural team player, and happy to get stuck in where needed.
