**eCommerce Trading Executive**

**Overview**:

- At Mountain Warehouse, Ecommerce is central to our ambitious multichannel and international growth strategy and we are building a fast paced trading team to drive our continued online success._
- The eCommerce Trading team runs day-to-day and long term trading activity globally for Mountain Warehouse across 11 sites._
- The team is responsible for pushing online growth for the business, leading the optimisation of sites whilst maximising conversion, sales and profitability._
- Online merchandising is a key focus for Mountain Warehouse and driving the enhancement of options, stock and availability is paramount as is forging a strong bond between eCommerce and Buying & Merchandising._

**What you'll be doing**
- Responsible for all analysis and reporting, monitoring online KPI’s and providing data based action points to wider web team and online merchandisers
- Maintain the eCommerce trading calendar alongside Catalogue team, suggesting new promotions and trading opportunities
- Integrate with B&M departments working alongside our range review calendar and support Trading manager with in-depth analysis to influence eCommerce buy
- Assist Trading Manager with demand forecasting to update our Distribution Centres and monitor inbound demand by region
- Using our 3rd party merchandising platform to make recommendations for search terms and page rankings at key points in the season
- Develop an extensive knowledge of Mountain Warehouse product through conducting thorough reviews of all sites
- Work closely with Catalogue team to action commercial activities, maximising key trading periods and day-to-day site performance
- Run regular intake reviews to ensure we are in the best possible stock position at key times of the trading calendar
- Communicate performance to wider online team through a solid analysis pack
- Be the first port of call for all things eCommerce working in partnership with wider web team to execute
