Our Client is looking to hire a LiveSmart Manager (Over 55’s Housing).
Do you have experience of working with vulnerable people?
They’re looking for an individual with great customer service skills to provide an Intensive Housing Management service to their residents living in their over 55s housing scheme.
The purpose of their LiveSmart schemes is to enhance the life experiences of their residents, to ensure that they provide a safe and secure environment, and to promote each individual’s independence.
As the first point of contact providing a focused service to those living in retirement housing, you’ll have excellent communication and customer service skills and work with other housing teams, arrange viewings and enable residents to settle into the scheme.You’ll be responsible for managing access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.
You’ll report any safeguarding concerns as appropriate, and make referrals to other agencies where residents need additional support. You’ll deal with H&S and compliance, maintenance issues, resident’s arrears and low level ASB.
You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies if required. With excellent time management skills you’ll be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst maintaining high customer service standards.
