Warehouse Kitter

Nuline Medical is seeking to appoint an experienced warehouse operative to take responsibility of the kitting procedure for medical devices.

**Duties / Key Attributes**:

- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products and materials according to the procedures as set out by the company.
- Ensure proper and timely delivery and collection of products.
- Maintain warehouse and machinery.
- Ensure a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times.
- Complete all reports as necessary.
- Experience of receiving and booking goods in.
- Controlling all aspects of stock.
- Working knowledge of computers to fulfil the booking in / returning of jobs to stock.
- Track and account for all incoming and ongoing products and materials.
- Abide by all company health and safety and quality procedures.
- Report to senior management any observed failure to operate the company procedures.
- Effective communication skills in reporting and directing kitting procedures.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changes in job schedules and priorities.
- Leadership in engaging operators to exercise discipline in meeting schedules and specifications.
- Willingness to learn, contribute and actively develop and improve operations, including better practice and the use of technology.
- Diligence in timekeeping, attendance and general commitment to the basic objectives of the Company.
- Identifying, analysing and monitoring activities to drive improvements.
- Reading, reviewing and analysing documents associated with operations trends and specific Lot/ Batch records.
- Be diligent with regards to timekeeping, attendance and general commitment to the basic objectives of the Company.
- Observe the principles of GMP, Working Procedures, General Rules and Company Procedures within the Quality and Health & Safety systems.

**Duties / Responsibilities / Authority**:

- As above.
- Report to Managing Director
- To carry out duties in a timely and courteous fashion.
- Raise any quality, health and safety concerns on warehousing activities and cease product movements should these be deemed unsafe.
- To reject deliveries or shipments that do not meet the required standards of the packaging specifications.
