We are a rapidly expanding construction company working in partnership with a boutique developer across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire with five separate commercial sites currently in build, to conversion to residential apartments with 100 units across them all run via our construction company. In addition to being responsible for maintenance on a wide portfolio of properties.

We are looking for an experienced multi skilled tradesman with a particular knowledge in maintenance, who has the ability to work on site in addition to responding to general maintenance issues in residential properties.

You must have a demonstrated history within this and a good knowledge of finishing standards.

Driving licence essential

CSCS card not essential

Later opportunity to progress further within the company.

Contract length: 12-36 months +

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract or self employed basis depending on applicants requirements.

**Salary**: £11.00-£13 per hour depending on experience
